When Elina reached out, she was at a crossroads.
She was landing freelance projects, but craving more stability and collaboration. Really wanting to feel confident applying for full-time design roles, but self-doubt kept her playing small, unsure, and holding back.
Should she keep freelancing? Was her portfolio strong enough? Did she even believe in her own value as a designer anymore?
We began by digging into those questions.
Through personality and values-based exercises, she started to reconnect with what came naturally to her: creativity, responsibility, and helpfulness. But that helpfulness had an opposite. Overgiving, overextending, trying to do too much, even when nobody asked.
