Step 1 - Discovery
01

Discover

Week 1–2

We'll spot what's draining your energy and what a healthier rhythm could look like:

• Identify your #1 energy leak and plug it with a small shift you can apply within the first 7 days

• Shape the reset around your life: your role, work environment, goals, and personal situation

• Set a 12-week vision for how you want life and work to feel on the other side of this reset

You’ll move on with clarity, a quick win, and a personalized outline to guide your reset.

Step 2 - Restore
02

Restore

Week 3

We'll make sure your body is ready to support the changes your mind wants to make:

• Reset your rest: Improve sleep and screen habits so your evenings actually recharge you

• Calm your system: Learn how stress builds up in the body, and how to shift back into a calmer state

• Restore your rhythm: Light movement, meals, and pauses to reconnect with your natural flow

You’ll feel your body starting to support you, rather than hold you back.

Step 3 - Align
03

Align

Week 4-9

We'll untangle what’s been driving you internally, and begin aligning life and work to fit you better.

• Uncover the inner beliefs, fears, and thoughts that push you to overwork or say yes when you mean no

• Connect with your values, drivers, and strengths to steer your career in a direction that feels yours

• Identify your ideal environment, one that allows you do your best work without burning yourself out

You’ll move forward clear, confident, and aligned with your legendary self.

Step 4 - Sustain
04

Sustain

Week 10-12

Now it’s time to move forward steadily, hold your ground, and look ahead:

• Spot your signals: Identify early signs if you’re slipping back, and respond differently

• Check your footing: Reflecting on how your changes, behaviors hold up in daily life

• Sharpen your vision: Revisit your starting vision, celebrate, and visualize the next months ahead.

You’ll end this program steady, proud, and ready to lead yourself through what’s next.

What are the results?

Week 1

  • Wake up worrying about today’s tasks
  • Checking Slack before breakfast
  • Afraid to share messy drafts
  • Say yes, then feel regret

Week 12

  • Wake up ready for the day
  • Enjoy breakfast with loved ones
  • Share early, handle feedback smoothly
  • Say no kindly, set boundaries, feel steady
Client Journey

Meet Elina • UI/UX Designer • the Netherlands

When Elina reached out, she was at a crossroads.

She was landing freelance projects, but craving more stability and collaboration. Really wanting to feel confident applying for full-time design roles, but self-doubt kept her playing small, unsure, and holding back.

Should she keep freelancing? Was her portfolio strong enough? Did she even believe in her own value as a designer anymore?

We began by digging into those questions.

Through personality and values-based exercises, she started to reconnect with what came naturally to her: creativity, responsibility, and helpfulness. But that helpfulness had an opposite. Overgiving, overextending, trying to do too much, even when nobody asked.

Client Journey

Meet Anton • Software Engineer • Germany

When Anton reached out, he was exhausted.

He cared deeply about his work and team, but the weight of responsibility never lifted. He just wanted to shut his laptop at the end of he workday, knowing he’d done enough, so he could be there for his family, and himself.

But it kept slipping through his fingers.

His to-do list ran his life. Evenings blurred into late-night catch-ups, driven by a quiet fear: Can I stop micromanaging? What will slip through the cracks? What if I disappoint someone?

We began by exploring that fear.

Sounds like you?

About Me

Hi there, I'm Jeroen!

I guide people who feel stuck, stressed or burned out, by offering support, coaching, and tools that help them clear their path, reframe limiting beliefs, and regain confidence in their own abilities, so that they can take meaningful action, thrive sustainably, and live authentically, true to who they are.

Admittedly a bit lofty, but I’m actually a pretty regular guy who spent a decade working as a Software Engineer in Tech, but wanting more out of myself and life. Along the way, I discovered that combining my structured mindset with my natural empathy led me down a path that felt more complete and aligned with myself.

I’ve seen firsthand how demanding the tech world can be. And realized that working sustainably isn’t solely about you, but also about having an environment that truly supports you. Giving me a strong desire to support developers, designers, and engineers in similar situations finding that combination for them.

Together, we can create a path forward that doesn't burn you out.

Clients share their thanks!

Any questions?

What is coaching vs psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy focuses on treating mental health disorders, where daily functioning of someone is heavily impaired. Often conversing about topics that happened in the past, with the goal of getting someone to a ‘healthy’ way of functioning again.

Coaching focuses on guiding someone forward towards one or a set of related goals. Usually for a specific timeframe. E.g. 2-6 months. The topics are usually about the present and the future, And sometimes touch on beliefs set in the past if there is internal resistance that's specifically preventing them from moving forward towards the set goal(s).

The common confusion comes in part from both being generalized to 'talking with someone' but the process and focus are rather different.

What's your approach to coaching?

My coaching approach is digitally focused and experience-based. We’ll use interactive online environments for exercises and fillable PDFs for reflection between sessions too. But at the heart of it are the conversations themselves.

I listen with empathy and curiosity, picking up on patterns in your speech and behavior. When needed, I’ll compassionately challenge you mirroring back inconsistencies or blind spots that may be holding you back. A large part of our work often centers on internal resistance: the doubts, fears, or conflicting beliefs that tend to surface when you’re actively taking steps forward.

The trajectory typically starts with more structure, and becomes increasingly personalized as we discover what you need most. And depending on where you’re joining from, we may occasionally work with your physical environment, using movement or objects for a blended mix that some people prefer. Always in collaboration and with your consent.

Will the sessions be in-person or online?

All coaching sessions are held online via Google Meet. You’ll receive a calendar invite with a link to enter the session at the scheduled time directly from your browser, no downloads needed. Between sessions, we’ll stay in touch primarily through LinkedIn, or email if you prefer.

What results can I expect from the trajectory?

The results depend on the specificity of your goals, your level of commitment, and what you bring into the sessions.

Common personal outcomes include greater clarity, increased confidence, a deeper understanding of your values and strengths, and insight into your steps toward meaningful change. Clients feel more empowered, self-aware, and more confident in continuing to make progresss afterwards.

Professionally the end result is commonly one of the following: enrolling in an educational course, starting a job hunt with your new role in mind, back into your current role with renewed energy, or setting off on your own with an inspiring business idea.

Wherever you’re starting from, I’ll support you along the way in moving toward your meaningful and sustainable outcome.

What is your coaching training background?

I completed my Coaching Practitioner Training in April 2025 at ICM, one of the most well-known professional training institutes in the Netherlands.

To deepen my expertise, I’m currently enrolled in a Stress & Burnout Coaching Specialization, running until June 2025. Specifically designed to equip coaches to support individuals dealing with stress-related challenges and burnout symptoms.

In addition to my coaching education, I bring years of practical experience from my background as a Lead Software Engineer, where I regularly coached and mentored junior and medior software developers. This gives me an extra layer of understanding and relatability when working with professionals in the tech industry, one of the key groups I support in my coaching practice.
